The building was built in the 1800s.The building comprises of ground and upper floor, served by a central staircase without a lift facility.It used to be known as The Civil Engineering Laboratories, with the construction of the Simon Perry Building in the 1990s, it became known as The Old Civil Engineering Laboratories.
